Our Minnesota fishing resort is nestled in the heart of the Chippewa National Forest on Little Cut Foot Sioux Lake, with direct access to Big Cut Foot Sioux and Big Winnie (Lake Winnibigoshish). A favorite with walleye fishermen, we offer easy access to the lake with our own private boat ramp and guaranteed docking for your boat. Our protected harbor keeps your boat and fishing equipment safe even in the windiest weather; and all our docks have electricity for charging your marine batteries.

Our 13 housekeeping cabins are clean, well-equipped, and located near the water with no steep banks or steps to climb down to reach the docks.

Cut Foot is a place where you can bring the whole family.  We offer a wide variety of activities including a children's playground, canoes, fun bugs, paddle boats, kayaks, evening campfires and hiking in the woods to watch the wildlife.  Just a short walk takes you to the U.S. Forest Service Visitor's Center that offers a variety of programs and educational opportunities.  There are restaurants, churches shopping, historical sites and golf courses a short drive from the resort.

Cut Foot Sioux Lake and Lake Winnibigoshish are widely recognized as some of the Top Walleye Fishing Lakes in Minnesota.  With a combined 70,000 acres of water, Big and Little Cut Foot Sioux Lakes and Lake Winnie provide tremendous multi-species fishing opportunities. Walleye, northern, muskie, jumbo perch, crappie, bluegills and sunfish can all be readily caught here.

Cut Foot Sioux Inn is located on a protected harbor of Little Cut Foot Sioux Lake in northern Minnesota, and is completely surrounded by the Chippewa National Forest.  The resort is 232 miles north of Minneapolis and St. Paul,  32 miles northwest of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and 18 miles north of Deer River, Minnesota.
